

A Nigerian man, Iheanacho Chikwendu has been jailed by a court in Umuahia, Abia mutter.
Justice Emeka Isiagor of the Federal Excessive Court, Umuahia, Abia Impart convicted and sentenced Chikwendu who’s a wrong Trudge Agent to seven years imprisonment for defrauding his victims the sum of N9 million.
He became jailed on March 19, 2021 after a four-Three hundred and sixty five days trial in a 10-count charge most traditional in opposition to him by the Port Harcourt Zonal Space of business of the Financial and Monetary Crimes Charge, EFCC. The costs bordered on obtaining cash by wrong pretence.

The defendant pleaded “not responsible” to the prices, thereby prompting a corpulent-trial of the case that lasted four years.
Justice Isiagor, in his judgment, stumbled on Chikwendu responsible, convicted and sentenced him to seven years imprisonment on counts 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and eight, and discharged him on counts 1, 4, 9, & 10 of the prices. He ordered him to create a restitution of N9million to the victim.
