Update COVID-19 24 March 2021

24 March 2021 — One hundred, and thirty-one (131) contemporary COVID-19 cases were identified out of 3456 samples tested this day. This brings the cumulative series of confirmed cases twenty-one thousand, a hundred, and six (21106). Up to now, nineteen thousand, four hundred, and forty-one (19441) sufferers cling recovered, alongside side a hundred and thirty-one (131) within the previous 24 hours. The series of active cases is one thousand, 300, and sixty-eight (1368) and two hundred, and ninety-seven (297) deaths. 

The contemporary cases are in Kigali City (29), Rwamagana (11), Nyaruguru (10), Huye (10), Nyamagabe (9), Gisagara (7), Ngororero (7), Ngoma (7), Ruhango (6), Kayonza (6), Muhanga (6), Karongi (5), Rubavu (5), Kirehe (5), Gicumbi (4), Bugesera (3), and Rusizi (1); heightened vigilance is required in each single arena.

The COVID-19 prevention measures announced by the Govt of Rwanda must continue to be conscientiously seen, especially frequent hand-washing and physical distancing. To boot, face masks must be frail in public and multi-household compounds.
