The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) accept as true with launched investigations into an incident in which a man in Kisumu on Friday morning snatched a pistol from a site traffic police officer and shot useless two folks at the Kisumu Bus Park.
The officer used to be shot in the pelvic in the capturing spree which took place at around 8.20am leaving five other folk with serious injuries.
DCI in a press release said that the site traffic police used to be controlling site traffic at the BP roundabout advance Kisumu Boys Excessive Faculty when he used to be accosted by the shooter who used to be sporting a balaclava on his head, with greatest his eyes viewed and gloves on each fingers.

Upon a search of his body, three national identification bearing different names had been recovered from him Glen Ochieng believed to be his.
Others had been Joseph Otieno Masaka of ID amount 30907236 and Joseph Odeny Mutula.
Kisumu Town Chief Willis Onyona, said that from the looks to be of issues, the suspect is a one who knew how to maintain a firearm because he even had his gloves on to cowl his fingerprints.
