A Rwandan opposition figure exiled in South Africa became on Sunday shot boring in Cape Town, his celebration said, calling the attack an “assassination”.
Seif Bamporiki, 49, who became the Rwanda Nationwide Congress (RNC) coordinator in South Africa, became killed as he delivered furniture in the crime-ridden township of Nyanga.
