Cooperative Governance and Veteran Affairs MEC Sipho Hlomuka has urged residents of KwaZulu-Natal to be vigilant as climate stipulations proceed to deteriorate within the province. 

This after heavy rains lashed the province, which damaged properties, roads and the electricity network.

The inclement climate had battered eThekwini and Msunduzi since Current Year’s Eve, acknowledged Hlomuka.

This left a complete lot of communities with out electricity, with engineers working exhausting to revive power to the affected areas, he added.

Hlomuka appealed to residents to proceed to be cautious as the defective climate stipulations had been anticipated to persist over the weekend.
